This is a 3G Trick. You have to believe after apply this trick on your 3G mobile phone.
Simple steps to use this trick.

1. You will have to make a new internet setting on mobile.

Ex: (For Android Phone) :- Go to Setting>”More” Below Data>Mobile Network>Access Point Name> Now Press Left Soft key and Select Add New.
Now Create a new setting as-

Name- As you Like
APN- airtelgprs.com
Proxy- koxy.de
Port- 80
Server- live.airtelworld.com

Now type your desired Website and Click on ”Go”.
Now You can enjoy very High Speed surfing and downloading.
