Don't download more than 100 MB in one time, download in parts.
Don't try this in more than Rs 1 as it will deduct your balance.
Make Changes Your Mobile Setting as follows

Port : 8080
Acess Point :tata.docomo.internet
HomePage : www.google.com or www.opsblogs.blogspot.com
Restart your mobile after applying these settings. Use default internet
setting in your mobile.
